For some reaso it won't let me download minecraft preview on xbox even though i own minecraft

Can I please get some help. All my marketplace purchases and tokens disappeared and saying I don't own them after I tried to connect one of my xbox accounts to my playstation and it saying that xbox account is already linked to another. Even my PS4 packs are no longer showing up.
