i just tried to buy a realm and it instantly cancelled without refunding the funds it took out - so i tried again and it did the exact thing.. -£12

can i have an email for support? i have a problem for the migration of my account, 'cause i can't confirm it since it is like 8 years old, i used it when i was 10 (now im 18), so i don't have it anymore and gmail don't help to retrieve the password. If u can send me an email...
