I am currently having a problem on my playstation5 when trying to get my realms plus free 30 day subscription it brings me into the playstation store then when I click the free button it said that it can't be got I would really appreciate it if you could help me find a solution

Hey I've contacted your support on the website and they didn't help me so will you be able to help me with my Minecraft account that glitched and won't let me play? It's payed and legal and I can provide you all the proof it is

Realms sometimes take a bit to update to the most current version. We recommend having the owner of the realm log in so that the realm will update and making sure all players are running the latest update. If you're still having trouble try waiting a day and trying again. ^AC
