Are the service issues persisting and do they have to do with logging in?
On minecraft.net/login, I get access denied, do not have permission to access, when trying to browse to the page.

Hi! A year ago I bought a minecraft java edition, and when I wanted to log in with {microsoft account} I got a notification to make my profile again, when I did it, I didn't have any game on my account, I even have an e-mail confirming the purchase. I am waiting for a response

This usually means the wrong account is signed in. Our FAQ also outlines other possibilities, bit.ly/3cluzz3. Check any other Microsoft accounts you may have used, and contact nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com for assistance locating your account. ^AM
