I purchased the ice age mod, world (?) for my son. We’re trying to download (iPad) but it keeps saying can’t connect to marketplace right now and to try again. We’ve been trying for days. I’ve looked on App Store and can’t see an upgrade that we’ve missed… help!

i am not really able to do that because i don't have the email i used for my account so i am not able to use the account anymore. i still have the password for my account but not for the email

I bought minecraft java and bedrock edition for PC but it still says "Buy now" I bought it with paysafecard (I know I can't get a refund and I don't want it anyways I just want to play)

It sounds like you might be seeing Demo Mode. Please check out: bit.ly/3cluzz3 as s first step, and make sure that you're signing in with the Microsoft account used during the purchase. Let us know if you're still having any issues with signing in. ^FF
