@MojangSupport I just recently re-purchased a Realms subscription for the new Wild update, and 2 days in a row now, i've lost 10+ hours of progress on my world due to server rollback, and both myself and my fellow players are severely disappointed a paid service would allow this.

Will I be able to get my progress back that I lost?

Probably not, if they didnt save the backup at that time, the data literally doesn't exist anymore. It would be different if it were an offline singleplayer world, but since Realms is server-side, any number of things can screw up the communication. Wish there was a manual save.
