@MojangSupport my friends realm was backed up by like 7 hours. we dont know why. why did it reset?

I saw a few players experiencing this issue. It should be resolved at this time but if it's still happening let me know. We can't stop what happened but we can look into it. ^TK

This has happened in my realm for the past 2 days…. Lost over 7 hours of progress yesterday from Sunday and then a few more hours from yesterday when logging on today. Please help

Still happening. We restarted our realm last night, and I even confirmed there were backups. It wiped everything.

I just tested it and worked on my world for 15 mins, and it didn't save. :(

Yup same thing for me played 3 hr mining and building and nothing saved

It is still currently happening. It keeps resetting me back to a certain point in the game.
