@MojangSupport lost my dungeons character after booting on a new PC. Level 200 with hrs of gameplay lost. Cloud save should've been a thing but I prolly will never play again due to that

Unfortunately, you do have to save it manually or this can happen. In the future make sure to save as often as possible so this doesn't happen again. ^Tk
