What are we to do if the other version is not available and continues to show the 'buy' option, but not the 'get' option despite owning one or the other?

Which version do you have? If it's the Minecraft: Java Edition did you make sure to migrate your account before trying to get the Bedrock decision? ^TK

Okay, just sent this up and this seems to be a known issue they are currently working on at this time :D Hold tight, and they should have it fixed before long. ^TK
