Hey! I think i've already tried that, but only got player specialists answering me. My problem is that we can't provide a transaction ID, due to her account being very old. Yahoo won't provide access to her emails neither, because they deactivated her account in 2016 :(

So far, everyone has been telling us that we cannot proceed without the transaction ID :(
