@MojangSupport we continue to have zero service. We are unable to play OR buy Minecraft JE from Microsoft as a result of how we were migrated. Mojang consider us migrated out of their system OK & Microsoft consider us migrated to their accounts OK - yet, no gameplay for 3 mths!

Thanks, but I'm not impatient nor being impatient, I await each email back from Microsoft & Mojang. But when each support desk blames the other & both fail to acknowledge my issue, nor fix it - then close the tickets, thats when (rightly), I get impatient & annoyed. Poor service.

Microsoft inform me that Mojang 100% own the success and failure of the migration to MS, and they have zero control. I would like my game purchase refunded due to Mojang rescinding my access unfairly and through poor quality comms & migration. Please advise.
