@MojangSupport hi, I’m having trouble with my security questions. I used the right answers to log in only a few months ago and now it’s telling me those same answers are wrong. It also isn’t letting me reset them, as I am using a new computer. What do i do?

Hi, I would do this but My dad bought the game years ago for me, and we’ve tried all we can but cannot locate the ID. does this mean my account is gone?
