Hey @MojangSupport I already had bedrock Minecraft and when I hit the button to redeem my Java it just shows the buy option or says not available. It shows that I can install it on my Microsoft account but makes me go through Xbox but then it doesn’t say I have it.

Do not lie.. You people at Microsoft have been messing up Minecraft once you bought it. You want us to keep buying it over and over again.

Oh I see cause i went to try it again now and it crashed again. So i uninstalled it like you suggested and now the cloud gaming for Xbox is down. So will reinstall it when its back and give a progress report. Perhaps if your tean fixes this then you can everyone know.
