XBox One is an older version and no longer supported by Minecraft sadly. That version no longer receives updates. You can go here for more information/help. msft.it/6014b5LKn or msft.it/6015b5LKX. ^AC

This is the old console edition before bedrock it’s last update was 1.12. Before Microsoft took over. OP I am not sure but likely someone made a mistake and put a file for 1.14-1.19 in the system that controls old console causing the corruption of the world upon loading textures.

I think only ps4 has the editions to go back too but xbox does not so you can't save on xbox edition sorry about that
