@MojangSupport we continue to have zero service. We are unable to play OR buy Minecraft JE from Microsoft as a result of how we were migrated.
Mojang consider us migrated out of their system OK & Microsoft consider us migrated to their accounts OK - yet, no gameplay for 3 mths!
