@MojangSupport Almost two weeks ago you acknowledged my account was migrated in error, or more likely accessed with a compromised password. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have received no reply or solution to my problem. What is the hold up?

I believe the ticket number is 8GR636-ZDM0K. I was being helped by a Hao the Sailer. Here is the email that they sent me:

Unfortunately, that is not the ticket number! This number should be tied to your email that you submitted the ticket with. ^TK
