What are we to do if the other version is not available and continues to show the 'buy' option, but not the 'get' option despite owning one or the other?

Which version do you have? If it's the Minecraft: Java Edition did you make sure to migrate your account before trying to get the Bedrock decision? ^TK

The opposite. I own Bedrock Edition.

If you're referring to these steps, then yes. I migrated my account months ago when it was first introduced. When I am logged into my Microsoft account, I still do not get the option to 'Get' Java & Bedrock Edition, but get the option to 'Buy'.

I don't even have the ability to buy it either; when I click the 'Buy' button, nothing happens.
