@MojangSupport Hi there. The migration of accounts to Microsoft has created an absolute mess, and it’s impossible for me to manage my subscriptions. The way I’m being sent in circles by every website involved leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Help?

I think maybe I solved it, but my issue is your missing focus on usability, or really any quality at all, when it comes to the account migration and in making sure people can easily manage their subscriptions without being IT wizards. Please rework it on a fundamental level.
