@MojangSupport I'm needing help with resetting my security questions is there a number I can call, I know shocking, to talk to someone about this because my email requests seem to have gone into the End and are not being answered.

The account is over 10 years old, and multiple email account ago. I no longer have the transaction ID. I have already filled that form out 6 times and provided details and had no response.

Do you happen to have any of the ticket numbers from those tickets you sent? I can take a closer look into what's happening from there. ^TK

The most recent one was on the 29th April- 8G5092-0KEL0 - hoping that's right. I have since bought a new copy and set up a new account seen as though I'm not getting anywhere 🙃

I'm sorry, but that is not the ticket number. Please check the email that you sent to our support for the ticket number. I'll take a look from there. ^TK
