All my friends can connect to my realm but I can’t??? Are you guys working on that? I’ve seen some other people complain about it as well

I uninstalled Minecraft because i was having problems and couldn't update. When i tried to reinstall it from Minecraft launcher it will do everything normally but all of the buttons that say "Play" won't load it's just "..." I waited a while, but it would not load
