I already have java edition but when i go to the store to get bedrock it only lets me buy the bundle. There is no get button.

I’m having trouble launching Minecraft on xbox series x. When I try to launch the game, I get notified that MC needs a 0kb update and if I click to update, nothing happens. I have reinstalled the game at least 5 times and hard reset with still no success.

Why does Minecraft Launcher's bedrock get stuck on a black screen, I just struggled even stopping it from being on idle while downloading for crying out loud!

I know this might not happen but will Java edition ever exist on console? If not, can I get Java edition for free on PC if I own Bedrock edition on console?
