I bought some character styles for me and my 2 kids. Problem is why it doesn't show when we play online public servers such as Hive. Instead of our bought custom appearance, it shows a random skin we don't own. If this doesn't get fixed, I might as well get it all refunded.

I cant play. It says my client is'nt updated, but it is. Been uninstalling and installing and nothing.

Trying to download the game after the new update, nothings working, can't download the xbox app, the game is not showing up on the microsoft store. What is the point of all this, why not stick to the good old way to download the game, without forcing the player to have both games

The game not showing up at all is strange. Are you receiving any errors and could you provide screenshots of what's happening here so we can look into it? ^AC
