I made a Msft account & bought Java/bedrock, I have win7 & it says not compatible with this device & on Java bedrock it only says play demo, even though I bought it & have a receipt for it. My acct doesnt even show I own it, it just says buy & when I click buy nothing happens. 🤬

I submitted a ticket, but I can't join any worlds or realms right now from my switch while my friends using other consoles or PCs are able to join. It's updated on my switch, and updated on other consoles. It gives me an Outdated Server error. Is this a known issue on switch?
