@MojangSupport I am experiencing this issue where the Transaction ID isn't received: bugs.mojang.com/browse/WEB-4… There is a note from Mojang to contact support. I've done this, and it's like talking to a robot. They have no idea how to help and just send generic replies.

I can't seem to find a ticket number - I'm communicating with minecrafthelp zendesk. I found this buried in the source though, maybe it's the ticket number: 3992099? Also, that bug report I mentioned? Well it was updated just minutes ago removing the text to contact mojang...

In this case, the support agent is correct in stating that they can't provide the transaction ID. Also, it's never been our process to provide Transaction ID's to players after losing them. The bug support site was incorrect. ^TK
