@MojangSupport having a minecraft issue where this update doesn’t seem to happen on my sons game on his ipad. He just purchased this and it had update straightaway. When click this download button nothing happens

Hi. I followed the link. Submitted request, spoke to someone and tried what they said and I am still having the same problem. I am stuck with an update button that leads to a download button that then does nothing! Can you help?
