@MojangSupport Hi. I’m just a mom of an 8 yr old Minecraft addict. I know nothing and need help. 😝 The issue is he can no longer play w his cousins on his xbox after the recent update. He can on his iPad, so it’s not a privacy settings or NAT issue. Pic 1 & 2 (xbox) #3 iPad.

Minecraft has a help center help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us If you don't find what you need there, Google the problem and you'll get good answers from a 12 year old. No kidding.😊

I went to the help center and tried all the fixes but got nothing. It’s still says I need to change his settings. 😩 I’ll try Google next. Thank you!!

It wasn’t life or death a month ago because he was still in school so he didn’t have as much time to play. Now it’s summer break and he and the 6 year old thinks they are going to die. 😆
