1) I wish that was the case, but I haven’t heard a peep, from them at all! I think it’s related to a bad update file, for your latest Java build, that has stopped the program from booting as I was able to get it running fine on a 2009 iMac, then did the update and now like my -

2) main iMac it no longer boots. But then after reinstalling the MAC OS, after erasing the system (A job I was always going to do) the game works again until it’s updated then is bricked once again, unable to start the installer after closing the program.

3) bug with the updated launcher, which is causing the problem!
So if I just trust this will get fixed, with no reply so far, I think it will be a long time, like the last ti e this exact same bug happened and that took 6 months before someone got back, for a ticket raised in

4) late 2019 and address in 2020 with a reply being, we are unable to help at this point in time due to staff shortages, which I fully understand. But by then the problem was resolved.
