@MojangSupport How long does it usually take for a support ticket to be answered? I have been waiting for 2 days, feels like ignored.

I didn't get any ticket number tho, should have it been an email?

That may mean the ticket didn't go through. Send another one and if the ticket goes through it should be sent to your email. ^TK
