Hi @MojangSupport! Could I please get some help with recovering my account? The “Agent” said I didn’t provide the necessary information, but I have done this twice. I asked what info they are missing and all they said was that they are closing my ticket? I’m so confused 😞

Could you please let me know what information I’m missing so I can open a new ticket? I am so confused because I provided everything that was asked for (as you can see in the screenshots) and was told no, so asked for help understanding what is missing and the ticket was closed?

Yeah I did, I provided everything they asked for, it’s all in the screenshots above 😭 I will happily provide whatever else is needed, they just won’t tell me what it is for some reason 😞

Thank you for this, I didn’t realise the issue was that something was incorrect as they didn’t say that, they just said I didn’t provide enough information. I’ll try again 😊
