Nothing is as frustrating as being charged for a Minecraft account by @Mojang @MojangSupport only for it to not recognize your email and password AND reset requests. My PayPal has been charged, I accidentally deleted my verification link email and I cannot get into my MC game.

Can you let us know what errors you're seeing when you try to sign in? Make sure that you're using the Microsoft sign-in option with the email used during the purchase of the game. ^FF

Please help ☹️ I keep getting the same log in instructions via support emails and none recognize my emails. I can't re-download the game and have a charge on my PayPal account for it for proof I bought it. Struggling here 😭 Also called Microsoft and no luck.

Usually when this happens it means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging in with any other accounts you used for the migration; including the email that was previously on your Mojang account, and emails with non-Microsoft domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) ^NS
