@MojangSupport I have reached out to Microsoft and mojang and still no help. I migrated my Java account to my Microsoft account and it will not let me login to my Java account on the launcher or website and it will not send me a email to reset the password

Make sure you're logging in with the "Microsoft Login" option in the launcher! To reset your password, you'll need to reset your Microsoft password, so the old method won't work. Check this article for more info: msft.it/6019bVEsb (The "I've migrated" section) ^NS

I have contacted mojang through email. And cause I can not find a transaction ID from 2010 there's nothing any one is willing to do. I even talked to Microsoft and nothing.

Usually you just see the demo it means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging in with any other accounts you used for the migration; including the email that was previously on your Mojang account, and emails with non-Microsoft domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) ^NS

It was through my Gmail I tried sending it to reset the password and I get no email. And the Microsoft account is my only account so idk what other Microsoft it could have merged with.
