@MojangSupport I sent a request a month ago. I didn't hear back. Please help.

Sorry about any delay you're encountering! We're experiencing a higher than normal volume of requests right now, and we definitely appreciate your patience. If you can provide us with your ticket number, we can check in on the status of your request for you. ^FF

I guess my ticket number should be #386XXXXX. It was around 26/4/2022 14:36 (United Kingdom)/ 15:36 (Sweden Time).

Are you able to send the full ticket number? You should have received an auto-response when you first submitted the ticket, with "Your support request (ticket #) has been received." If Twitter is redacting the number, try sending it without the # in front! ^NS

I only received an email from Minecraft directly (live chat). It doesn’t have the ticket number in the auto-response email. I am losing hope.

Sometimes tickets routed through Directly end up routing incorrectly (we're working on it!). Since it's been a while, go ahead and create a new ticket at msft.it/6012bVDL6. If you get in touch with Directly, just request to be escalated to Support. ^NS

I submitted a new one today. But it’s already out of the 15-day period. Will I get a refund in this case? My initial request was made on 26 April.
