Dear @MojangSupport can someone please contact me about a full refund on my account. Since the forced migration of my daughter's game id - we have been unable to play MC for coming up to two months. @Microsoft support are useless, and Mojang believe the migration has worked! 🤷‍♀️

That wouldn't be the ticket number! The ticket number should be in the email in which you sent the ticket with. ^TK

23rd Feb 2022 we started our FIRST @Minecraft migration from our Linux box/Java Edition to work through @Microsoft account login. Now, 3 mths & 4 days later, post a 2nd migration & endless support tickets - we still can't access our previously paid for account. #ResolveOrRefund

Sadly not. Your team have given up as their FAQs don't work based on our issue - and have left us to our problem. In a nutshell, Mojang have successfully booted us off of their servers & don't care that @Microsoft have messed up our account. Really poor service, Z+ for effort.
