We understand players have had trouble accessing Minecraft Preview on Xbox today. This will be resolved by an update in a few hours.

i play on playstation and everytime i attempt to join my playstation friends i keep getting a message saying unable to connect i looked up many many solutions and none of them worked and i know for sure it’s not a connection problem this has been goin on for months i need help

Have you tried any basic troubleshooting steps and if so what steps have you tried? ^TK

i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling many many times and mind you this problem has been happening for at least 3 months now and i’ve also did what i seen in a youtube video which was sign out of my microsoft account and sign back in but nothing worked at all , i had zero luck

Have you tried running Minecraft as an administrator, checking your firewall/antivirus, and last but not least checking for any overlays that could be causing a negative interaction with the client? ^TK
