@MojangSupport My microsoft account is saying I don't own minecraft but my mojang account is saying I do and have to move over to microsoft. I already moved over to microsoft but none of my microsoft accounts are working? My main one is saying I dont own the game?

Did you receive a confirmation email that your Mojang account had successfully migrated? If not, this might mean that you'll need to try migrating your Mojang account again. If you did, then please let us know, so that we can look further into this for you! ^FF

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6011bpc8b. ^FF
