@MojangSupport I've been trying to get back into realms so I was buying a new monthly subscription (already checked if I had money). every time I try to bill my account it just keeps saying glitch in the matrix for the past 3 days. how can I fix this!

make this day 4 of the same problem and I didn't have this problem the first time I bought it 2 years ago. same bank, card and phone and computer. yes I tried on my computer already.
