.@MojangSupport Please help im trying to migrate my account but i need to change my mojang email because i dont have access to my old one and my account doesnt have security questions so i have no way to change my email

Please complete our request form at msft.it/6013bTL5c so that one of our account specialists can look further into this issue for you. Remember to attach your Transaction ID if you have it and your account name/Gamertag. ^FF

This is a real debacle. If your account is very old, there is no "Transaction ID" to use. I've sent you a DM asking for help (quite a while ago now), yet no response.

At this time we don't answer DM's. With that said, we are able to verify you as the owner of the account in other ways. If you haven't already I would suggest submitting that ticket for assistance. ^TK
