Hi, they have done just under 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since. They’re getting worried that they’ve lost all their worlds, items from our group server etc.

Do you know if they received a ticket number after submitting their support request? It should be a 7-digit # (i.e. 3456789). If they didn't receive this, then they may need to contact us again. Make sure that they use an email that they can access when filling out the form! ^FF
