@MojangSupport Support closed my ticket because I couldn't find a transaction ID for a transaction that was done 9 years ago. I've waited 4 days for you guys to ask me for information and another 4 days just for you guys to give up on my ticket. Now I've lost my account.

You can actually check my twitter feed and see that I've actually had this problem before, where requesting an email for a password reset hasn't worked. Can you guys please actually fix this for once?

Where do I find the ticket number? Doesn't seem to be in the emails I've gotten.

The ticket number for your support request should be a 7-digit number (i.e. 3456789). Let us know if you're able to locate this info! ^FF

Well, since I can't log in to my account, email is all I've got for ticket info and I can't find any 7-digit number in my emails.

If you don't have a ticket number then I would suggest submitting another ticket, unless you can find it. Please send us an email at msft.it/6017bVMr1 and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID and account name / Gamertag. ^TK
