@MojangSupport I bought an account for my brother years ago and we're trying to migrate but the email was deactivated and now we're not able to receive any emails from you guys. I emailed but haven't received a reply. Can I get some help? I don't have the trans ID.

There's nothing distinct regarding the ticket number but I replied to the email that was sent to me with my info.

It looks like the ticket number is hidden up in the "reply-to" address, so I was able to check on that ticket for you. It looks like one of our agents replied to you recently, so definitely check your email if you haven't already! ^NS
