@MojangSupport We bought Minecraft Java Edition 12 days ago and have been going back and forth with your support team because it won't let us create a Username. Now it's been 6 days since anyone has gotten back to us and my 8 year old would really like to play Minecraft.

Last reply from agent “no resolution, no timeline, we’ll contact you when we have an update”. My 8 year old just wants a USERNAME to play the game.
