@MojangSupport Hi. For few weeks I am unable to join my realm. My friends are unable to join realm as well. I did try to upload new world but did encounter same issue where I am unable to join, upload or replace world. Same issue persists even on my Nintendo switch.

If a Realm is misbehaving, can't be opened/closed, or seems broken in any way, changing the world slot can often help mitigate the issue. Before changing Realms slots, make sure to backup/save your world data. More info can be found here: msft.it/6019bPdFb. ^FF

Unfortunately I can not even switch to other world slots without error. I did try everything. I am happy if you just reset my realm since I have backup in place.
