No worries! This is usually fixed by clicking the "Go back" button when you see this screen. Once you click that, you'll see options for "Microsoft Login" and "Mojang Login." ^NS

i lost my mc account recently idk how it happend but i tried to log in and it say there is not account under this user/email so i lost all my friend my progress my servers my realms i had a panic attack after so i have no idea what to do but my account was everything for me
