We bought some texture packs and worlds on your marketplace, it says they’re “downloading” but not showing any progress. We don’t believe they’re actually downloading

Have you done any basic troubleshooting as of yet and if so what Have you tried to get them to download? ^TK

So far, we’ve checked our internet connection, uninstalled & reinstalled Minecraft on the Xbox and still no progress. This is what the “my content” tab shows.
