@MojangSupport Where do I go to redeem a pre-paid Realms card for Java Edition? Account is already migrated to Microsoft/can’t log in through Mojang site where most help articles link. The Redeem section’s one month of Realms has no pre-paid card option at checkout either.

My wife and I put in a support ticket yesterday, but the only help we got was "try again later" and "use incognito mode in your browser." Just opened a new one in the off-chance we get someone else to look at it. Thank you.

Replied to the email response per instruction. It's been two days now, and we're still awaiting a new reply. The CS rep Mio told us the code had already been redeemed. This shouldn't be possible considering it was bought and scratched the SAME day we tried to redeem the code.

Do you happen to have the ticket number? I can at least see if the ticket made it into the correct view. ^TK
