Dear @MojangSupport can someone please contact me about a full refund on my account. Since the forced migration of my daughter's game id - we have been unable to play MC for coming up to two months. @Microsoft support are useless, and Mojang believe the migration has worked! 🤷‍♀️

That wouldn't be the ticket number! The ticket number should be in the email in which you sent the ticket with. ^TK
