Nothing frustrates me more than sending a support email to a company and they just tell me to read the FAQ when in the email I sent them. I specifically state that their FAQ did not work. That’s for wasting my fucking time @MojangSupport

here's the error I keep getting. I do not have any family settings, or any parental controls active. But it keeps giving me this error.

I can give you guys a screenshot later but, I am just trying to renew my realm subscription. And it gives me an error message about parental controls. I’ve checked my Microsoft family settings and had 3 different Microsoft employees tell me that I don’t have family setting active

I’ve been told my their Xbox division that it is nothing on their end and is probably just a glitch on your guys end with the merging of Microsoft and mojang accounts. And was told to have yall look at it but you just told me to do your FAQ like I didn’t try that already
