Hey @MojangSupport I have been trying to log into my account to migrate it over to microsoft. however i dont get any confirmation emails or emails to change passwords... so i cant login or migrate.. ive been trying to reach out over email or customer support but no one is helping

I have sent you 3 different email about this and have not got a response. I don’t have an transaction ID because this account was a gift I got years ago

No I don’t, I haven’t received any type of emails from you and you website didn’t give me one

If you didn't receive an email after submitting the ticket that means it likely didn't go through. There should be an email sent to you as soon as you submit the ticket. Make sure you submit the ticket from the email you have access to.^TK
