@MojangSupport Goodevening, i'm texting you because every time that i try to access to pubblic multiplayer servers it tells me that the servers are in maintinace, how can i resolve this problem?

Let's start with some basic troubleshooting then! Please uninstall the client and then make sure your firewall/antivirus has given Minecraft permissions. Try running as admin to see if that helps as well :) ^TK
