@MojangSupport How exactly is one supposed to get support for Minecraft Java Edition? I've paid for this and I haven't been able to use it on one of my devices for _months._ Despite contacting you about this several times I haven't heard back… What gives?

Unfortunately there are a lot of account issues that we cannot assist with, as Minecraft Support does not have access to Microsoft's account systems. However, if you need some extra clarification, feel free to reply to the email to ask any questions! ^NS
